Metehan Erdem: Hello Fabi,As far as I can see you set -180px margin to the envelope icon (or it\'s column).Since it\'s overlapping Tidio icon, it\'s not clickable. Please try to remove this margin to avoid overlapping.I hope it helps. Please let us know how it goes.Kind regards.Metehan
